However, due to <br /> winter weather conditions,we are unable to verify all exterior site improvements have been completed as approved <br /> therefore a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy can be issued upon receipt of a$10,000 escrow. This will be held until <br /> the improvements shown on the as-built survey and established vegetation can be verified when the snow melts in the <br /> Spring. <br /> Please schedule a final building code inspection. Once all outstanding inspections are finalized and passed, please have <br /> the property owner sign the attached Temporary Certificate of Occupancy escrow agreement.
