Due to weather conditions the <br /> exterior finishes were Inot able to be completed so a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was issued. <br /> We have since been notified the grading was completed and the property sodded. The as-built survey <br /> was reviewed and approved. A site visit was made and found the grading appears to be constructed as <br /> drawn. <br /> In the process of preparing the Final Certificate of Occupancy and confirming all inspections have been <br /> completed we found a sewer disconnect permit was issued, but no inspection performed.
