City of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. 2413 <br /> 4. Prior to commencement of construction of a driveway in the <br /> revised location, the applicants shall provide the City with a <br /> copy of a private driveway easement over Lot 8 in favor of Lot 7. <br /> 5. The culvert at the drainageway crossing under the driveway <br /> shall be 24" in diameter. <br /> 6. The applicant is advised to contact the Minnehaha Creek <br /> Watershed District to obtain any permits they may require for <br /> this work. <br /> 7. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property <br /> not with the applicant, but are permissive only. Restoration <br /> work shall be completed by July 1, 1988. Driveway construction <br /> must be commenced within one year of the date of Council <br /> approval, or the special conditions of this resolution will <br /> expire on that date (April 25, 1989). <br /> 8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br /> .conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br /> zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br /> herein, and; shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 9.
