Provide the City a copy of the geotechnical report for our <br /> records. <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land <br /> disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to <br /> inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must /',' <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations !G <br /> must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions(which prevent the ! /� <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey) a Temporary Certificate of <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
