Approval is for the boathouse/ Patio Replacement only. The other work on the grading plan is part of a <br /> previously approved new home permit. <br /> 2. The Contractor should install perimeter sediment control downhill from and earth disturbance. Perimeter <br /> sediment control measures must be installed by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work, <br /> including demolition.
