Initial surveys associated with this application showed a single retaining wall south of <br /> the patio structure. Reference copies attached. The single wall can be replaced in-kind. A Building Permit application <br /> and engineered plans must be submitted for our review. Staff cannot approve the two, new retaining walls within the <br /> 75' setback as shown, a variance is required.
