I was very disappointed to find that none of the conditions of <br /> this permit have been followed. This was to be additional "black <br /> dirt" to cover fill from previous to 1991. Instead I find even more <br /> blacktop and concrete. The following corrections must be made: <br /> By Friday, August 28, 1992, 4:00 p.m. <br /> 1. Install silt fence at base of slope to keep fill out of <br /> wetland. <br /> By September 8, 1992 <br /> 1. Remove all fill in excess of 100 yards. <br /> 2.
