This gradual filling now restricts the natural or historic flow of drainage to the <br /> south.placed a natural flow of drainage to the south. <br /> The City will be sending a letter to the property owners advising them of this problem and <br /> recommending a meeting with staff and the City Engineer. Hopefully, at these meetings we will <br /> be able to determine the best means to restore natural drainage and an approximate schedule for <br /> remedial land alteration. <br /> Some of the options that the City will recommend will be either the installation of an <br /> underground drainage tile or a grassed swale. The City normally encourages grassed swales <br /> because of the problems with the maintenance of an underground drainage tile. <br /> Please advise if you wish to be present at any of the meetings that we schedule with the two land <br /> owners.
