1 <br /> 1 <br /> To avoid project delays associated with wetland regulations, it is essential that you acquire <br /> 1 necessary permits from all jurisdictional agencies before initiating activities. A WCA <br /> Sequencing form, a WCA and Army Corps of Engineers Replacement Plan Application form, <br /> and a DNR permit application are among the materials that you may be required to submit if <br /> impacts are proposed for the delineated wetlands. By initiating the permit process as soon as <br /> possible, potential costly delays to the project may be avoided. <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> Blair Bollig completed the above-described delineation on 9/10/12. This delineation was <br /> P <br /> performed according to the procedures described by the US Army Corps of Engineers in the <br /> ' 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual and the 2010 Midwest Region Supplement Wetland <br /> Delineation Manual.
