Once we receive the updated survey we will <br /> compare to make sure the landscape plan is accurately reflected on the survey,along with the other items we had noted <br /> in our letter dated October 6, 2016. <br /> Attached is a copy of the Agreement for Removal and/or Retention of Accessory Structure During Construction. The <br /> property owners both need to sign the document in front of a notary. They can both come into our office,at the same <br /> time, and we can notarize their signatures as well. The signed and notarized document should then be returned to us <br /> for recording. <br /> We also received a demolition permit for two accessory structures. Please submit a site plan or aerial photo of the <br /> structures being demolished. I have attached a copy of the demolition permit for one of the property owners to sign on <br /> the second page. <br /> It appears we are still waiting to hear from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District if your project triggers any of their <br /> permitting requirements. We will need documentation from them before we can issue the building permit. <br /> Finally, Roger the City's building official has the construction plans to review.
