Builder Acknowledgement Form <br /> Permit #2016-01180 / 585 Orch, rd Park Ro,ad <br /> Builder Representative Name: �`�-kr\ j jz. 1C) <br /> Permit Conditions: Initials <br /> **NOTE CHANGE** Before scheduling an exterior insulation and/or drain tile inspection,a <br /> foundation as-built survey must be submitted and approved by the City or a Stop Work order <br /> will be issued. <br /> Schedule a minimum of one hour for the framing inspection. E7g1 <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land <br /> disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to <br /> inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to <br /> commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning <br /> and repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. <br /> Builder acknowledges and will comply with the requirements of the Agreement for Removal / <br /> and/or Retention of Existing Primary Structure and Accessory Structure During Construction of <br /> Principal Structure and Right-of-Entry. A TCO requires a $10,000 escrow. <br /> The landscape plan does not match the survey.
