An effluent quality inspection consisting of a visual check for color and an <br /> examination for odors. <br /> 2. Inspection and adjustment of manufacturer's mechanical and electrical <br /> components as needed. <br /> 3. Sampling of the settable solids in the aeration tank to determine proper tank <br /> pumping frequency (at least once per year). <br /> 4. Examination of the surge bowl gaskets to determine the condition. <br /> 5. Vacuuming of weir and fitters as needed. <br /> 6. Making recommendation to unit owner regarding problem areas. <br /> 7. Pumping out the unit 1 every 2 years -there will be an extra charge if pumping is <br /> needed more than 1 time every 2 years. <br /> Additional service calls will be made for valid reasons. This contract includes labor for <br /> replacement of Multi-Flo factory components as follows: (Does not include misuse, <br /> storm damage etc.) <br /> Motor Aerator Unit- Filters - Pressure Sensors &Alarm System <br /> Additional service will be provided upon written authority from customer at an additional <br /> cost.
