All vehicles and equipment should be parked on site during construction. <br /> Prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy the four(4)accessory structures shown on the survey you <br /> provided with your building permit,dated 10-17-16(partial copy attached)will be removed. <br /> No underground sewer within 20 feet of well. <br /> Install Buffer Signage as noted on MCWD Permit#16-536. <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions(which prevent the completion of the <br /> exterior improvements and/or as-built survey)a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy(TCO)may be necessary.
