I have <br /> also attached our Landscape and Retaining Wall information sheet. Retaining walls 4 feet or taller require engineered <br /> plans. Tiered walls are considered one wall unless they are separated by twice the height of the higher wall. Separation <br /> is measured from the back of the lower wall to the face of the upper wall.
