Al . . . <br /> 4o <br /> .47. <br /> /O OCITY of ORONO <br /> �Y,Alt� G, RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> tlif.esv.& NO. 37 8 7 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> OF PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br /> 460 AND 480 ORCHARD PARK ROAD <br /> FILE NO. 2178 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") <br /> has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within <br /> the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of <br /> a lot line rearrangement by Nathalie Gray, Robert J. Roden and Lorraine E. Roden (hereinafter <br /> "the subdividers") of properties legally described on the survey and attached to this resolution <br /> (hereinafter "the properties"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br /> Class I subdivision of a lot line rearrangement involving a division and combination of the <br /> properties. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the Class I subdivision and combination of above referenced properties <br /> by the subdividers as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a licensed <br /> surveyor of Coffin & Gronberg, Inc., dated February 13, 1996, and attached to this resolution, <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Nathalie Gray, the owner of the northerly 85' of the westerly 177' of Lot 10, <br /> Orchard Park shall apply to the City of Orono for legal combination of an adjacent <br /> property created as a result of this lot line rearrangement. The new legal <br /> description of the property as shown on the above referenced survey will read as <br /> follows: <br /> The northerly 100' of the westerly 177' of Lot 10, Orchard Park, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the <br /> office of the Registrar of Deeds in and for said County. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
