Campion <br /> of Otto Associates Engineers and Land Surveyors, Inc., for driveway access to 420 Orchard Park <br /> Road. The City has given preliminary approval for the grading plan, subject to issuance of a final <br /> land alteration permit. <br /> A land alteration permit can be issued following the City receiving a copy of the easement over the <br /> property your private driveway will require crossing for access outside of the public right of way, <br /> and your signing an original of the Hold Harmless Agreement document provided with this letter. <br /> The letter will require signatures from you and Lynae. The City will place a condition on your land <br /> alteration permit that the grading and driveway construction activity shall remain within the public <br /> right of way and over any easement areas you have rights to.
