For an accessory structure over 1,000 square feet the setback <br /> is 30'from the side/street (North Shore Drive W), 50' from the rear(south side) and 35'from the wetland edge. A <br /> covenant will be required for an accessory structure over 1,000 SF per 78-1434(3)(c). No structures are allowed within <br /> the Drainage Easement. <br /> When a building permit is submitted you will need to also submit paperwork showing the secondary septic site is still a <br /> viable location and how it will be protected during construction.
