Tony Sarenpa, a representative of the potential buyer, called today to inquire as to how <br /> much of the Advanced Plan review fee would be refunded. It is my understanding that Lyle did not complete a plan <br /> review of the home as Planning staff noted the size of the home exceeded the 15% structural level allowed and stopped <br /> the review.Therefore the full fee could be refunded. Is this correct? <br /> I would like to provide Mr. Sarenpa with an answer as to the amount to be refunded on Tuesday, if possible.
