D. Prior to final development approval by the Orono City Council, the Developer shall <br /> provide in recordable form an appropriately executed Drainage and Utility Easements over areas identified on the <br /> approved Grading Plan. <br /> E. Prior to final development approval by the Orono City Council, the Developer shall <br /> provide the City with an appropriately executed Permanent Flowage and Conservation Easement and Restrictive <br /> Covenant for Wetlands document,in recordable form. <br /> F. The Developer shall remove the existing principal building and any accessory structures <br /> located within the Property.
