Since you plan to use existing grades, I will add more specific existing grades to our survey,so you can make more precise calculations. In our survey field work,we located the highest grade in the area of the proposed structure to be 998.6. I believe that if you use this more precise grade instead of the contour line(which only represents the nearest foot value),then the ending building height calculation will be below 30 feet. I will revise the survey in the next 20 minutes with more precise spot elevations and send it as soon as it is available. Please also note that I checked with the architect about the house height, and he said that the distance between the top of the highest window and the top of the peak of the roof is 12'6".The measurement of 11'0"that you are using is from the bottom of the roof to the top of the roof. 3
