' We had a final inspection on this on Thursday, 12/10. There are a couple of issues that came up. <br /> • Guardrail needed for deck—this will be completed early next week. <br /> • No impervious driveway in place. This was not possible with the time of year. <br /> • Siltsocks are placed between lots but not right on lot line—I need confirmation on what we need to do here. <br /> What needs to happen for the homeowner to be able to move in?
