We have enclosed an official WCA Approval of Wetland Type and Boundary form in <br /> Appendix D along with a USCOE wetland delineation concurrence request. <br /> Conclusion <br /> This wetland delineation meets the standards and criteria described in the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of <br /> Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual and the August 2010 Regional Supplement to the Corps of <br /> Engineers Wetland Delineation: Midwest Region. This was a Routine On Site Determination and the <br /> results reflect the conditions present at the time of the delineation. <br /> If any wetland impacts are planned for this project, permits would be necessary from the LGU <br /> (Minnehaha Creek Watershed District) and other agencies. <br /> I certify that I reviewed the field analysis and wrote the report for this wetland delineation.
