There is a 970 contour <br /> very close(approx 2')to the NW property line, but topographic points along this property line indicate points <br /> along this line are 872.6. This slope is close to a 1.5:1. Please review and clarify. <br /> • The proposed contours show grading taking place on the property to the SE.
