I do not know if I'll be able to meet the deadline requested as I have had a very busy travel schedule last month and in September. In addition, I have been in contact with several contractors regarding cutting the fence and I have not yet found a time that works given their very busy schedules as well. I'm actually out of town until Monday September 23rd, but I did want to let you all know I am aware of this violation and am working on getting it fixed. Unfortunately my work travel schedule and contractors schedules have delayed the process. Thank you for understanding. If there is something I can do in the interim, please advise.
