Specifically, the following violations <br /> of City Code Sections 58-1, 58-3 and 78-1577 were noted: <br /> 1. Vehicle jack 5. White gate <br /> 2. White tarp 6. Cinder blocks <br /> 3. Car battery 7. Miscellaneous wood furniture pieces <br /> 4. Car ramps 8. Miscellaneous junk and debris <br /> Also noted on the property were grass/weeds which exceed six inches in height, violating City Code section <br /> 58-1. Grass/weeds must be cut to not to exceed six inches in height to be in compliance with City Codes. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by Monday, <br /> July 15, 2013. In order to bring your property into compliance the above items must be removed from the <br /> property or stored in an enclosed structure and the grass/weeds must be cut or mowed to six (6) inches in <br /> length. The above must be completed before Monday, July 15, 2012. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
