The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to <br /> inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> The water service connection must be protected during construction. Damage to the service <br /> lines will be the responsibility of the builder to repair prior to approval of the utility permit and !� <br /> issuance of the certificate of occupancy. G . <br /> Separate utility permits are required for sewer and water connection. <br /> / c <br /> /v <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations /G <br /> must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions(which prevent the <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey)a Temporary Certificate of <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary. A TCO requires a$10,000 escrow. <br /> Advisory Comments <br /> Any changes to the exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. patios,grading, sidewalks, retaining <br /> walls,etc. not currently shown on the approved survey and landscaping plan will require a <br /> separate Zoning Permit application to be submitted and approved prior to the work <br /> commencing.
