The property owners would then be provided a check for <br /> $4,500 for the purchase and installation of their grinder pump station. This would allow for payment <br /> of the grinder station cost over time. The total assessment with this option would be $18,200. <br /> The next step in the planning process is to determining the level of neighborhood interest in this <br /> project.
