The grading plan does not appear to show and grading. There are a number of retaining walls shown whose top <br /> and bottom elevations do not appear to correspond to the nearby contour lines.The plan provided appears to <br /> be on scanned image of a survey. <br /> 2. Walls 4' or greater in height must be designed by a licensed professional engineer,and plans must be submitted <br /> to the City for review prior to the approval of the permit. <br /> 3. The plan shows a "Haul Road". A construction entrance must be constructed,then removed once the project is <br /> over and the city ROW restored after it is removed. The Haul road is depicted as crossing the property <br /> boundary.All work and disturbance should be on the subject property. Alterations of the neighboring property <br /> must be approved by the property owner. <br /> 4. The silt fence is shown crossing the property line.
