Good afternoon,
Attached is the revised survey, as well as second sheet at 20 scale.
Regarding the french drain, that was actually initially drawn in when we were considering trying to do a full basement
with a below-grade exterior door on the west side of the addition going down to provide basement access--the french
drain was to remove water from the below-grade exterior stairwell to keep it out/away from the below-grade basement
door. We ended up not doing a full basement,so no exterior door and we forgot to remove the french drain from the
plan--I will ask my architect to update the plan to remove the french drain.
We will have gutters on the addition, so all roof water will drain to the lakeside of the home.
Please let us know of anything further. Thank you very much!
Scott Falkum (homeowner)
On Fri, Mar 9,2018 at 4:02 PM,Christine Mattson<CMattson@ci.orono.mn.us>wrote:
> Hi Rob,
>Our engineer has reviewed the survey and building permit and has the
>following comments:
>An attempt was made to review the subject grading plan however it is
>too small to make out any detail.
