Spoke with them, a very nice guy. I need to get him 2 pieces of information and they will determine if an erosion control permit is necessary(he said a simple process and a$10 permit). I will work with my contractor to accurately answer his questions and get back to you. I did ask about a silt fence and he said based on the scope of our addition,they are just fine with us boxing off the addition portion with the silt fence, rather than do the entire backyard, as the surveyor included. I will email you a proposed revised silt fence for the city's review. I will also email to the MCWD to make sure it meets their requirements. Thanks again for the heads up, I wasn't aware.
