RESTATED MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF <br /> THE MEMBERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF <br /> SUMMIT STATION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION <br /> SEPTEMBER 11, 2017 <br /> The annual meeting of the Summit Station Homeowners'Association ("HOA") was <br /> called to order at 7:05 pm, on the eleventh day of September, 2017 at the Policinski <br /> home at 450 Old Long Lake Road,Wayzata, MN 55391,pursuant to the bylaws of the <br /> Association and notice duly given.The following members, constituting a quorum, <br /> were present. <br /> Jean and Rollie Glessing Cal Litsey <br /> Traci Horejesi and Tom Leonard Gregg Nafstad <br /> Cindy Lejeune Anne Policinski <br /> Cal Litsey made a motion to approve the 9/19/2016 minutes of the Annual Member <br /> Meeting and Board of Directors of Summit Station HOA.Jean Glessing seconded the <br /> motion and it was approved unanimously. <br /> PRESIDENTS REPORT <br /> President,Anne Policinski,welcomed all in attendance and introduced new <br /> member, Cal Litsey,to the other members. <br /> Anne Called on Tom Leonard to give the Well Report. <br /> WELL REPORT <br /> Tom Leonard reported that two tests had been conducted on the well,a <br /> maintenance check and a water quality check. Among the checks made were the <br /> tank and pressure sensor. Regarding the water quality test,several tests were done <br /> including test for nitrates and nitrites.The water was found to be absent of bacteria. <br /> The dehumidifier is running well. The findings are that the well is in good working <br /> order and the quality of the water is good. <br />
