• <br /> • RESOLUTION W. 848 <br /> RE90LUrIQt APPROVING THE <br /> PLAT OF SU'tUT STATION <br /> IMMO, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> 1IEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br /> WEAS, the City Council has considered the application for a sublivisian <br /> plat for Summit Station by Norman Nafstad; <br /> NON, 'ARE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br /> hereby approves the plat for Summit Station, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to <br /> the following: <br /> 1. The reimbursement to the City of engineering, legal and <br /> administrative costs incurred in reviewing and accepting <br /> the Summit Station sewer project and the plat of Suerit <br /> Station, to be satisfied by a letter of credit in the <br /> amount of $1,000.00. <br /> 2. the provisions of Resolutions 662, 726 and 826. <br /> 3. Approval of the sanitary sewer agreement. <br /> 4. The granting to the City of Orono, road and utility <br /> ea::r seats to Lot 2. <br /> S. The granting to the Citf of Orono, flowage and open <br /> space easements to Lots 1 and 2. <br /> 6. The understanding that all current zoning settick <br /> requirements are met by the open space easements on <br /> Lot 2 thereby allowing construction to the limits of <br /> Lots 3-8. <br /> 7. The payment of a park dedication fee of $6,000.00. <br /> This resolution will expire on May 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision plat <br /> has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office.
