Shortly after the letter, a contractor stopped in and asked what <br /> submittals were required. The problem was the lack of a certificate of survey. That was the <br /> last activity in the matter. <br /> Therefore the City has established a new deadline of May 1, 1995 for submittals. If this <br /> deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal action.
