I spoke with Dan at Met Council. <br /> A demolition escrow agreement and money is required with a demolition permit. Attached is an escrow <br /> agreement. We will need one of you to sign the agreement and return it with a check for$2,500. After the final <br /> inspection has been completed and all disturbed areas have been established with vegetation we will refund the escrow <br /> money. <br /> As I told Dan, I am out of the office next week. He stated he is out part of next week as well. Dan mentioned he's not in <br /> a hurry and not interested in demolishing the structure during a holiday week.
