Enforcement and Injunctive Relief. Except for paragraph <br /> no. 11, enforcement of these covenants, conditions, easements and <br /> restrictions shall be by proceedings at law or equity against any <br /> person or persons violating or attempting to violate any provisions <br /> thereof, either to restrain violation or to recover damages, or <br /> both. The prevailing party in such an action shall be entitled to <br /> recover expenses and reasonable attorney's fees from the non- <br /> prevailing party. <br /> 15. Invalidation.
