Note which structures are to be <br /> demolished. <br /> • A survey, aerial photo or sketch showing proposed erosion control measures in accordance with <br /> Chapter 79, Construction Site Runoff Control. <br /> After we receive the above items, we will continue our review of the demolition permit application. <br /> We will call to notify you the permit is ready for pickup.
