Two wetlands were determined to be on the property(Wetland 1 and Wetland 2). <br /> A functional assessment using the current version of the Minnesota Routine Assessment Method <br /> (MnRAM 3.4) was submitted to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(District) on October 18, 2012 <br /> for approval. The assessment only addressed Wetland 2 and did not include Wetland 1. In the District's <br /> Functional Assessment of Wetlands,Wetland 2 is classified as Manage 1 (Wetland 1 is classified as <br /> Manage 3). <br /> Wetland 2 was classified as Manage 2 as a result of the functional assessment, and the District accepts <br /> this classification. This memo serves as formal approval of the management classification of Wetland 2 <br /> as Manage 2 for MCWD permitting requirements. <br />
