Sequencing form, a WCA and Army Corps of Engineers Replacement Plan Application form, <br /> and a DNR permit application are among the materials that you may be required to submit if <br /> impacts are proposed for the delineated wetlands. By initiating the permit process as soon as <br /> possible,potential costly delays to the project may be avoided. <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> Blair Bollig completed the above-described delineation on 10/15/12. This delineation was <br /> performed according to the procedures described by the US Army Corps of Engineers in the <br /> 1987 Wetlands Delineation Manual and the 2010 Midwest Region Supplement Wetland <br /> Delineation Manual.
