The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to <br /> inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> Floor drains must be daylighted. S',),' <br /> Prior to the release of the escrow funds a final inspection must be completed and all disturbed <br /> areas established with vegetation. Please note established vegetation means perennial cover <br /> with a density of 75%.
