Enclosed is a copy of your most recent septic report. <br /> The procedure for initiating septic system repairs is as follows: <br /> 1. Hire a Soi /Site Evaluator to do the necessary testing <br /> and design.1 <br /> 2. Submit the design to the City for approval. <br /> 3. Once the design is approved, have one or more <br /> contractor bid on the approved design. <br /> 4.
