Tanks should be pupped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging to the surf .e. Tanks must be pulped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks cO•ld not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installed in each <br /> tank at next pumpout.
