I have attached a copy of Melanie's email, <br /> dated September 5, 2012, to you along with a copy of the engineers comments. <br /> Melanie's email talks about escrows, which we have, so please don't worry about that. One of the engineer's <br /> comments talks about erosion control measures to be shown on the survey. The survey dated August 17, <br /> 2012 shows the silt fence location, but it should be extended farther to the north, on the western side of the <br /> proposed garage. The other engineer comment should be addressed and shown on the survey.
