(This is Di an existing system I ] new construction) SYSTEM CONFORMITY (1-3): a_ 1 "CODE SYSTE "-A system which meets all the location, design, and construction standards of the current City Codes, a which is operating satisfactorily by treating and disposing of the entire current sewage input without ischarging any pollutants into ground or surface waters. 2 "CONFORMING SYSTEM"-A system which does not meet all the location, design, and construction standards of the current ity Codes, but was installed according to the code in effect at the time of installation, and which is opera ing satisfactorily by treating and disposing of the entire current sewage input without discharging /9 any poll tants into ground or surface waters.
