I did not have a file for this property. Based on the submittal it appears that the proposed driveway disturbance will exceed the 5,000 square foot disturbance threshold and will require buffers. Even if were under 5,000 square feet it looks like they will move more than 50 cy of dirt, however no proposed contours so cannot tell this for sure. When we previously met with them they were proposing to cross the wetland and access the property from the southerly curb cut(from existing) Remember? Anyway, I cannot find evidence of their new home (permit issued in May 2006) triggering the wetland buffer requirement- or more specifically don't have evidence that we required them to establish a buffer. I believe this new driveway will do that. Please confirm or deny. I need to get back to them by Monday if possible. Thanks.
