PC <br /> #LA18-000020 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> 2280 Fox Street Project Narrative: <br /> The project at 2280 Fox street will consist of a Summer ONLY pool house. The <br /> plan is to create a pool house that will have a bar area, seating area, fireplace, <br /> 3/4 bath and changing room. <br /> There will be NO heat source in the Pool House and all plumbing, appliances and <br /> misc items will be winterized at the end of the pool season. This pool house will <br /> have three open sides with retractable screens and no insulation. <br /> The overall design will be consistent with the exterior of the existing house to <br /> include but not limited to stucco sidings, beams and a cedar roof. <br />
