Melanie Curtis, Planner
Planning & Zoning Office
2759 Kelley Parkway
Orono, MN 55356
Re: Application for waiver of sanitary sewer connection requirement, regarding
requested plat approval for the two lot plat of Topside.
Ladies and Gentlemen:
My wife and I own the property at 825 Old Crystal Bay Road, Orono, Minnesota.
We have filed an application for plat approval with the City. We have
also learned, though, that "extraordinary situations" might allow for "deviations...in those
instances where considered justified by the city." Accordingly, we are asking that the
1
