The basin was not shown as wetland on the NWI map, and was located within <br /> an area mapped as Hamel-Glencoe complex (rating=90) by the Web Soil Survey. <br /> Sample data sheets 1-UP and 1-WET correspond to this basin. <br /> Basin 2 <br /> Basin 2 was a Type 5, PUBH, shallow open water community. The basin was dominated by open water <br /> and Wild Blue Iris. <br /> Adjacent upland was typically dominated by Red Maple, Common Buckthorn, and Ground Ivy. Hydric soil <br /> was not found at the upland sample point and primary and secondary hydrology indicators were not <br /> observed in the upland. <br /> The wetland boundary followed a change in vegetation from wetland to upland plant communities, as well <br /> as a change in topography. The basin was not shown as wetland on the NWI map, and was located within <br /> an area mapped as Angus loam (rating=5) by the Web Soil Survey. <br /> Sample data sheets 2-UP and 2-WET correspond to this basin. <br /> Basin 3 <br /> Basin 3 was a Type 2, PEM1Bd, ditched, fresh wet meadow. The basin was dominated by Reed Canary <br /> Grass and Virginia Wild Rye. <br /> Adjacent upland was typically dominated by Red Maple, Common Buckthorn and Ground Ivy. Hydric soil <br /> was not found at the upland sample point and primary hydrology indicators were not observed in the <br /> upland. <br /> The wetland boundary followed a change in vegetation from wetland to upland plant communities, as well <br /> as a change in topography.
