• <br /> , , <br /> 11/4) 43 0 <br /> ?;:,, CITYof ORONO <br /> ,� .gid, <br /> .� ,1i;1 �M ,�Gr4 ti RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> `9$ESgOg' NO. 4 9 7 6 <br /> CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of the above findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br /> grants variances to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.50, Subdivision 3 to permit partial use <br /> of Lot 3, Block 1 for outside storage use, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The property shall be developed as shown on the approved site plan attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit B. <br /> 2. The final road grading and stormwater management plans shall be approved by <br /> the City Engineer prior to final approval. <br /> 3. The MCWD shall be consulted to determine if a new permit or amendment to <br /> the existing permit is required. <br /> 4. Bleacher design capacity shall not exceed 288. <br /> 5. OBA, School District and City of Orono shall work with Hennepin County to <br /> determine the appropriate trail connection. <br /> 6. A trail easement shall be granted by the School District to the public for a <br /> future trail corridor to connect the trail along Old Crystal Bay Road to the trail <br /> in the Willow View Development. <br /> 7. No parking signs shall be placed along the new road and in the drop off zone <br /> to not block vehicles from.entering or exiting the new parking area. <br /> 8. Authorities granted by this conditional use permit run with the property not with <br /> the applicants, but are permissive only and must be exercised by completion of <br /> paving and striping of all parking areas within one year of the date of Council <br /> approval, or this conditional use permit will expire on that date (May 12, 2004). <br /> 9. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> conditional use permit shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall <br /> automatically terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as <br /> a misdemeanor. <br /> Page 5 of 8 <br />
