I spoke with Courtney Hall the same day that we met to discuss a few of <br /> the particulars from our meeting and to begin collaborative efforts for your project between our two agencies. From her e- <br /> mail to you on January 13, 2015 it appears that you were provided substantial information from the MCWD regarding their <br /> requirements. <br /> You left my office that day with considerable information regarding your next steps and I hope that was helpful to you in <br /> the beginning stages of your project. Once you complete a sketch plan for the project addition and bring your engineer on <br /> board, I would suggest that we set up a meeting here at City Hall to clearly identify what approvals and permits will be <br /> required to get your construction underway this year. I was also recently made aware of some concerns regarding a <br /> portion of the building exterior that I would like to visit with you about.
