Signed and executed permanent and temporary easements shall be provided for the <br /> Hennepin Park trail to be constructed in the summer of 1999. <br /> LEGAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT APPROVAL: <br /> 21. A 20'utility easement shall be provided for future water main extension to the east, <br /> centered on a line parallel to and 30' south of the south edge of the soccer field. Applicant shall submit plans to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District and receive <br /> appropriate permits for grading and filling in and around the wetlands and drainage <br /> areas. <br /> 27. Applicant shall obtain a land alteration permit to move 14,000 cubic yards of fill. <br /> ACTIONS REQUIRED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION: <br /> 28.
